UK domestic shipping
We use Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm® for all UK orders. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days after the completion of your piece. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
Next Working Day Delivery: Orders are delivered by 1pm the next working day after dispatch*
Fully Tracked: You’ll receive full tracking updates from dispatch to delivery
Signature & Photo on Delivery: A signature and delivery photo are required for added peace of mind
Insured & Secure: Your item is fully insured during transit

Returns
Returns & Exchanges
At Gallery of Hare and Hound, I take great care to inspect every item before dispatch. However, if your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at info@galleryofhareandhound.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your item. I will be happy to arrange a refund or exchange.
Please note, we cannot offer a refund or exchange if:
You do not contact us within 30 days of receiving the item.
The returned item is not in its original condition, shows signs of wear, or has been damaged after delivery. In this case, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion.
The item has been customised, such as through engraving or bespoke sizing, unless it is found to be faulty.
Refunds
UK customers are protected under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013). You may return an item for a full refund within 14 days of receiving it, provided:
You email us at info@galleryofhareandhound.co.uk within 14 days of receiving the item to notify us of your decision.
You return the item to us within 14 days of that notification.
You cover the cost of return postage. We strongly recommend using a tracked and signed service for your own protection.
The item is returned unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging, so that it can be resold.
Exclusions
Earrings are non-refundable for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty or damaged on arrival.
Customised items (including specially sized rings and engraved pieces) cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty, as they are made to order and cannot be resold.
